The Supplement Application

The winners of the preliminary round are qualified to apply up to 15,000 NTD supplement for their hardware expenses.
A hardcopy of the application should be sent out before deadline: May 10, 2006.
- Postal address: Room 402, Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, 128 Sec. 2, Academia Rd, Nankang, Taipei 115 Taiwan, R.O.C.
- To: TsungWei Hu.
The supplement application should contain:
- The full name of the applicant and the title of the submission
- Original invoice(s) for the hardware
- Quotation(s) from vender(s)
- Invoice(s) should be made to "Academia Sinica" (or use "04142327" as value added tax number for thoese who are located in Taiwan)
- Remittance information:
- For Taiwan competitors: Bank account information for electronic transfer.
- For overseas competitors: Postal address where the reimbursement is to send.
- For Taiwan competitors: Bank account information for electronic transfer.
Reimbursement process will begin upon receipt of your application and be completed before June 10th 2006.
